HP self-service support reports to no longer support models sold before August 2013. You didn't mention which operating system was present initially nor when your model came on the market.
You wrote that you installed Windows 10 on your computer (no update of previous operating system). Did you also try to boot into that firmware instead of straight through into the operating system in order to see if the firmware itself reported itself with its new version? In your post, you did only refer to msinfo32 and its result after reboot. If that works for Windows 8 and later, it should work with Windows 10 too. If the type of firmware you've available is a UEFI type firmware, then I don't know the impact for getting that firmware update burned in Windows 7. This is independant of the question if that updated firmware will work with unmodified drivers of Windows 10. So if the type of firmware you've available is a BIOS type firmware supported by Windows 7 unto 8.1, the update itself should work also with Windows 10. In times of Windows 10, most OEMs abandoned BIOS type firmware and finished transition to UEFI type firmware. And such a shift could depend also on the target group model of computing device (business model, gamer model, standard consumer model. But in that transitional phase, there were OEMs still sticking with BIOS type firmware while others were shifting to UEFI type firmware. In times of Windows 8, there started the shift to UEFI type firmware, abandoning BIOS type firmware. Is it a BIOS update or is it an UEFI firmware update? So the 1st aspect is the question concerns the type of firmware update available. In times of Windows 7, there existed all kinds of firmware including BIOS type of firmware.
And what type of firmware did msinfo32 report (BIOS or UEFI)? They aren't directly related although there might exist some indirect relation. If there are no drivers for 10, I will not be able to update? I tried on drivers from all versions and nothing.
The drivers on the manufacturer's website are for windows 7, windows 8, windows 8.1 and I have installed windows 10. The installation process has no errors, and after restart msinfo32 and there is still the old verse.
